1st of all Thank you Mr. Fareed Ahmad Khan tour package provided by him, we never meet we just discussed over phone and finalize our tour he is such a nice person and very cooperative, We stayed here in a group 4D & 2N and we all are faced the same problem with serving staff they are listing u but ignored you if u asking anything , we faced common problems here 1.I asked for towels more than 10 time's no wo respond even front desk person, 2. I stay here with my wife and 2 small childrens I asked for milk in the night after 9.30 for my one year daughter but no one responded. 3. I had to call the janitors so many times in day time before they could clean the rooms Other than this resort was good need to focused on serving staff only.The swimming pool is well maintained with filters and is the most enjoyable place in the resort and Food was good.
Nice hotel, helpful agent
Nice hotel, helpful agent, but don't come here looking for Tigers. Because there is hardly any probability u'll find any. Not saying because I didn't get to see, but you can make out from people's behavior and responses that around that it is one in a million shot that u'll find it. So overall a good trip.
